NUEVAUNO

Hai terms

The rules for using Hai, NUEVAUNO's cookie notice, on your sites.

In force since 26 October 2026.

1. What Hai is

Hai is a NUEVAUNO app that shows a cookie notice on your sites, asks each visitor for permission before optional scripts run and keeps each decision as proof. NUEVAUNO LLC provides it as part of NUEVAUNO; these terms add to those of your plan.

2. What you do

3. What NUEVAUNO does

4. Not legal advice

Hai helps you comply, but it does not replace a lawyer. Which cookies you use, what for and with whom you share them is your decision and your responsibility.

5. The data

Your visitors' decisions are yours: you are the controller and NUEVAUNO processes them on your behalf, only to provide Hai. The details are in Hai's privacy policy: hai.nuevauno.com/privacy

6. If Hai does not answer

Your site keeps working. The scripts you marked to wait for permission do not run until Hai is back and the visitor decides.

7. If you turn Hai off

The notice stops showing within a minute. Decisions already kept stay in your company's database for their retention period (3 years from each decision), unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we publish it on this page with its date and tell you in NUEVAUNO 30 days in advance when the change affects you.
